The wait is over, Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 is coming on November 8, see revealed

New Delhi. Royal Enfield has confirmed that the company will introduce the Super Meteor 650 on November 8. The company will present it at the 2022 EICMA. The company has released a new teaser revealing the debut date and rear look of the bike.

The Royal Enfield Super Meteor will be the company’s third 650cc bike in India. There is also news that the company may also introduce cruiser bikes in Rider Mania Goa. This event will be held from the 18th to the 20th of November. According to the reports, the company has started employee training for the upcoming new Super Meteor 650. The official launch date and details of the bike are yet to be revealed. However, it is expected to be launched in the market in December 2022 or January 2023.

What will the appearance look like?
The spy shot shows that the new Royal Enfield 650cc bike will have a retro style design language with circular headlamps, a large windscreen and chrome front bumpers. The model comes with alloy wheels, a rear fender, a twin pipe outlet, front footpegs and rear lights. Some of its design elements will be inspired by the Royal Enfield SG650 concept.

These functions are also available
The new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 will have a semi-digital instrument console with a small pad for tripper navigation. The device will have a silver finish. Interestingly, this will be the first RE 650cc bike to come with an optional tripper navigation accessory. The switch, non-adjustable lever and front brake master cylinder are likely to be carried over from the Meteor 350.

As for the engine, the new Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 will share its powertrain with the RE 650cc twins. This means that the cruiser bike will use a 648cc, parallel twin cylinder engine that will be equipped with fuel injection technology. The engine produces a maximum output of 47PS and a torque of 52Nm. For transmission duties, it will get a 6-speed gearbox.
