The 35th game of the T20 World Cup was played between India and Bangladesh (IND vs BAN) in Adelaide today, in which the Indian team won by beating Bangladesh by 5 points. It was Team India’s third victory in this tournament. Indian team star batsman Suryakumar Yadav had a quick 30-run 16-ball inning with the help of four fours and also took two important catches on the fielding. During the Indian team’s bowling, Suryakumar Yadav called on the audience to shout “India-India”, a video of which is going viral on social media.

In fact, when the Bangladeshi side were at bat, Suryakumar Yadav lined up on the line in the final over. Meanwhile, on his way back to his position on the pitch, the right-handed batsman shows spectators “India” written on his shirt and urges them to shout along with the team’s name. After that, the audience is also seen cheering, shouting ‘India-India’.

This video of Suryakumar Yadav was shared by Mumbai Indians on his Instagram. Sharing the video, he wrote in the caption,

The name of only one country is heard: India.

It should be noted that Bangladesh won the toss and opted to go first in the match. Battling first, Team India scored 184 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs with the help of brilliant half-centuries from KL Rahul (50) and Virat Kohli (64*).

In response, Bangladesh started very well. The team broke through the fifty-point mark on the power play without losing a single wicket, but after seven overs the game had to be called off due to rain. Because of this, the target was reduced to 151 in 16 overs under the Duckworth-Lewis rule. After playing the whole match, the Bangladesh team could only score 145 runs for the loss of six wickets and India won the match by 5 runs.
