22 carat gold prices touched Rs 46,750 per 10 grams on Saturday after gold prices fell in the bullion market. According to the Goodreturns website, the price of gold fell by Rs 350 per ten grams before the market opened. Earlier on Friday, the price of 22 carat gold remained unchanged. On the other hand, gold prices rose by Rs 100 per 10 grams on Thursday.

Apart from this, the price of 24 carat gold also decreased on Saturday. 24 carat gold was priced at Rs 51,380 per ten grams before the market opened on Saturday. After this, the price of gold fell by Rs 380 per ten gram, after which it is now selling at Rs 51,000 per ten gram.

Gold prices are so low than record rates

In August 2020, gold prices reached an all-time high. Gold prices touched Rs 55,400 per ten grams in August 2020. Today, 22 carat gold is priced at Rs 46,750 per ten grams in the market. If you compare today’s price with its all-time high, you will find that gold has broken up to Rs 8,650 per ten grams.
