According to the data, home sales in these seven cities rose to 2,72,709 units in January-September this year, compared with 1,45,651 units in the same period last year.

The January-September figure for this calendar year is higher than the 2,61,358 units sold in all of 2019. At the same time, due to quarantine in connection with the epidemic, the sale of houses in 2020 decreased to 1,38,344 units.

A year ago, 22,478 units were sold in the same period. In addition, sales in MMR increased 67 percent to 81,315 units from 48,716 units.
